Delivery and Returns

By completing your order with us you have read and agree to our general terms and conditions.


Isle of Wight

As we’re based on the Isle of Wight our very own delivery team will be delivering all of your meals. 

National delivery

We aim to deliver on time, every time. We use one of the best couriers in the country to ensure your meals are delivered safely and efficiently. However, sometimes factors out of our control may occur, which in turn can prevent you from receiving your delivery, receiving it on time or receiving damaged goods. As unfortunate as this may be, we cannot accept any liability for any deliveries due to conditions out of our control.

Upon delivery:

  • You’ll receive a one-hour time slot by text or email
  • You can change your delivery date to your convenience by text or email
  • If you’re not going to be in, you can select a variety of alternative delivery/pick up options
  • A signature will be required as proof of delivery

It is your responsibility to contact DPD to file a claim. If your claim is accepted, then you will be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Here at Prep Right we pride ourselves on the quality of meals we produce. As all our meals are made specially to order for you, we cannot accept their return.


Upon acceptance of your delivery, if you find that any products are unfit for consumption or severely damaged you must take pictures and contact us immediately. We will then conduct a thorough investigation into your claim. In the meantime, you must not consume the product and leave it exactly how it was delivered.

If the product is deemed to be faulty or unfit for consumption you will be issued a refund.

Your refund will be made to the account used for the order. You will receive your refund up to seven days after your claim is accepted.

We’re not under any obligation to refund orders, however we will do so at our discretion.
